Excellent hotel with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a lounge area. The staff helped me with dining directions on my first stay. I’m coming back for a xmas!

i was very disappointed with my stay. after arriving, imagine no toilet paper or clean towels, what a joy! the check-in process was a total circus, and the room was more hostel than hotel, i expected a complimentary upgrade, but all i got was a broken chair blocking the leaking door. almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn’t.

felix hotels, residence hotel costa serena has an excellent location with the rocky beach just a 15-min walk and a sandy beach even closer. the spacious rooms have air-conditioning, and the big swimming pool is a great spot to relax, though it does close early. we enjoyed our meals outside on the large terrace, and the attentive staff truly made our stay enjoyable.

The kitchen supplies are really lacking. all basic items like detergent should be included!!! It's not great that the check-in hours are limited and inconvenient for travelers with different schedules.

The apartment was spacious, which was great for our family, including two teens. We enjoyed the stunning views and loved the pool area. The kids spent hours swimming and playing tennis on-site, while we relished the evenings by the lagoon.

My kids wished there were more activities for teens.

Had a spacious apartment with beautiful views. The pool area was chill, but needing a swim cap was a weird rule. The staff were super friendly and we appreciated the convenience of the snack bar for quick bites. Just wish there were a few more kitchen supplies like a sponge. Overall, it was a solid stay!
